I need help finding a sword shop in the Bay Area ...?

Me and my boyfriend 1 year (dating) anniversary is approaching and I want him to be a dagger, sword or knife (as hunting or pocket knife) is only in those things ... But the problem is that I have no idea what store in the area Bay I can find the in. .. If someone ... NOBODY ... can help me out here, that would be much appreciated ... thanks in advance.

Part of the answer involves more questions. What style of sword is looking for and you want to do something that is just pretty to hang on the wall, or want something with a bit of quality steel Decent? Even if your not likely to fight with it, many collectors do not like junk swords find in most stores. I'm with them on this, I prefer Decent quality gear. An easy place to look would in Chinatown, there will be a number of shops selling cheap replicas. I know you said that in addition science fiction, but I'm pulling that one out, for starters. My next suggestion would be to leave Northern California Renaissance Faire. Although I just checked and they are running later in the season than they used to.
